Doesn’t that just sound delish! I did a little recipe testing the other day and came up with this tasty iced latte. I wanted something a little different than my usual coffee drinks and I think this is perfect for a warm day! Honestly, iced tea on it’s own is just delicious but when you turn it into a latte with some creaminess in the form of sweet cold foam it’s *chef’s kiss*
The best part is this recipe is super easy to make,
and you can make a batch at a time for serving several iced tea lattes at once, or just to keep in your fridge as backup. This milk frother is a real gem – I get asked about mine all the time on my Instagram (I share a lot of coffee pours and coffee recipes over there). I have good news though for you! Here’s what you need to make my Iced London Fog latte!
- earl grey tea bags
- vanilla syrup
- milk
- whipping cream
Literally the easiest right?
Start by brewing a cup of extra strength tea and set aside to steep. For the cold foam I did 2 parts whipping cream, 1 part milk and vanilla syrup to taste (I used 4 pumps in mine).
In my milk frother, I set it to cold stir and let it froth.
Fill a glass with ice and pour the brewed tea over top.
Once the vanilla cold foam is finished, pour some over your iced tea.
