It’s already the first week of December and it’s officially time to cozy up, make snacks and watch holiday movies! My kids and I looove to do this. I’m totally guilty of watching way more tv than we usually do this time of year. I just love movie afternoons or movie nights. Snacks, snuggles and a cute Christmas movie is the best.
I’ve found 25 of the cutest holiday movies that are fun for the little ones but also us parents. There’s so many more movies I know, but my kids are 4 and 6 so they’re still a bit young for some of the shows. Even Home Alone is touch and go, I remember watching it every year when I was little, but… watching it now as an adult with my kids I’m like dying when Buzz says the part about his ass *cringe* and then all the back talk Kevin does haha. My kids sat there wide eyed like blinking in disbelief aaand then I turned it off LOL. So aside from that movie, these are all perfect for kids and very G rated! Let me know your favourite in the comments or add any must-see movies that I missed! Happy holidays!

Our favourite movie watching snacks
I like to air pop some popcorn, add butter and salt OBVI and then sprinkle in some smarties or M&M’s and then tuck in a few twizzlers. They go bananas for this, it’s a fun little treat.
I really love to add melted coconut oil, salt and nutritional yeast to mine and it’s soo good you guys. The nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavour to it and the coconut oil compliments it so well.
Also, I’ve been sharing my reviews of Hallmark movies this season on my Instagram. I have everything saved to a highlight too so come say hi!
