Hey nursing mommas! I had to share this super easy hack for freezing & storing breast milk. I had a bottle of breastmilk in the fridge that wasn’t getting used (I try to save it for when it’s really needed because #liquidgold). I was completely out of the little freezer breastmilk bags, and ended up using some little silicon ice cube trays, which turned out to work perfectly!
The little silicon molds I had only held 1/4 oz each (I made sure to measure with water beforehand), then I filled them with breastmilk and popped the mold into the freezer.
Toss the milk cubes in a baggie with instructions and the ice cube amounts (I add ‘do not microwave’ for the hubby lol).
